Sculpt-X-Press - This class uses dumbbells, body bars, and resistance tubes to define the upper and lower body.
Abs - A 30 minute workout specifically geared to hit the abs from every angle.
Lower Body Workout - A 30 minute workout that targets the buttocks, inner & outer thighs an abdominal area.
Boot Camp - A challenging one hour class with 5 minute "blast” routines of cardio or sculpt. Easy but challenging step movements, Kickboxing choreography, and hard code sculpting routines will be included. Class will end with a 15 minutes abs workout. Great for beginner or advanced student!
Spinning - A challenging 45 minute indoor cycling program using breathing techniques and energy zones. All levels welcome!
Kickboxing - A high energy kickboxing class from the makers of Turbo Jam. Burn up to 600 calories with this high energy class and heart pumping music!
Yoga - An exhilarating 90 minutes for your mind, body and soul. Relax, meditate and chant your way to a fit and powerful you!
Masala Bhangra Dance - An fun exercise dance routine that modernizes the high energy folk dance of Bhangra by blending traditional Bhangra dance steps and the exhilaration of Bollywood from Hindi films
Zumba Dance - A sizzling HOT one hour cardio workout with a latin influence. Cumbia, salsa and meringue steps are all incorporated into this class that screams "fuego”!
Core Care - Come join this exciting 45 minute workout which works deep within the core muscles of your lower body to build strength, power, and lean strong muscle. Focus will be placed on elongating the lower body for a chiseled look of definition and fitness.                                                                                                                                                                                           Cardio Mix - is a 45 minute cardio workout including segments of high impact and low impact aerobic routines while using weights.  Suitable for all levels of fitness.
